What Are Our Prices?

Our prices may be adjusted depending on cost change and marketing factors. Please contact us for an updated price list if interest in our products.

Is There a Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes, in order to offer you the best price and optimize your shipping cost, it is necessary to set the MOQ. The MOQ are different as per product type.

For some products, if we have them in stock, the MOQ will be lower, if they are out of stock, the MOQ will be a little higher. Anyway, in order to

support your business, we will try our best to set up a low MOQ.

Are Samples Available?  What is the Air Shipping Cost?

Our company attach great importance to the good business relationship with all of  our customers.  We would like to offer samples for your evaluation,

but we have different sample policies:

A.    For new customers:  If the samples fee less than US$30:  no need to pay the samples fee, but the shipping cost needed to be paid by your side.

       (The air shipping cost can be deducted from your bulk orders over US$3000)

B.    For new customers:  If the samples fee over US$30:  need to charge the samples fee, and the shipping cost is also paid by your side.

       (The samples fee and shipping cost both can be deducted from your bulk orders over US$5000)

C.    For old customers:  we will put some new products together with the shipping of your bulk order, and the samples are free.  If urgent, it is also

       considerable to send you the samples by air express courier, and the air shipping cost is afforded by our company. You don’t need to pay any fee.

What is the Lead Time?

1).    If in stock,  it is about 5-15 days before shipment.

2).    If out of stock,  it is about 15-40 days before shipment.

The lead time become effective with the following two conditions:

A.    We have already got your final confirmation for samples or contract etc.

B.    We have received your deposit.

If our lead time doesn't work with your expected deadline, let's negotiate it.  Anyway we will try to accommodate your needs.

What Are the Shipping Methods?

1.    For samples, small orders or urgent orders:  Air express courier, like DHL, UPS, FedEx etc is most suitable selection.

2.    For not urgent medium-scale orders, such as within 500-2000KGS, or several CBM of volume, sea transportation is most cost-efficient.

3.    For urgent medium-scale orders, such as within 500-2000KGS, or several CBM of volume, can be delivered to the airport of your city

       by air transportation, then  you can do the customs clearance by your shipping agent.

4.    For big orders, such as over 2000KGS or large volume, sea transportation is the best shipping method.

What About the Shipping Fees?

The shipping fee depends on the shipping method you choose. Air express courier is the most fastest, but also the most expensive. The sea transportation

is the most cost-effective for you to save cost. If you can tell us the probable order quantity, and your expected delivery time for the cargo, then we would

like to help you check the most suitable shipping method for you.

Can We Receive the Cargo in Good Condition?

For secure transportation, we use the sturdy export carton for packaging, the gross weight per carton will be less than 20 KGS. If there is still any damage

for the cargo when you receive, please don’t worry it much. Firstly, please take some clear pictures or video, and then check if the quantity is right as per

the order contract. If any damage or lose, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the cargo.

What Are the Payment Methods?

There are 3 payment methods:  Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer (T/T)

A.    For samples or small orders less than US$500, can be paid by Paypal;

B.    For order amount between US$500-US$20000, can be paid by Western Union or Back Transfer (T/T);

C.    For big order amount over US$20000, it is suitable to pay by Back Transfer (T/T).

What Currencies Do We Accept?

Generally speaking, we accept three currencies:  US dollar, EURO and RMB.  However, for easy checkout, we preferentially advise US dollars for transaction.

What is the Warranty Policy?

defective items before shipment. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we will try our best to resolve all customers issues, achieve the win-win situation.

How to Place Orders?

On our website, we only show some product pictures and product information for your reference, if you are interested in some models of our products, 

you can leave your enquiry in the message table to us directly or send us your enquiry by email, then we will quote you the best prices ASAP.
